No, we operate on a strictly cash-only model to keep scan prices low and transparent ($100–$125). We do not accept insurance, personal checks, or credit cards.
Our pricing is straightforward with zero hidden fees:
General Ultrasounds ($125): Abdominal, Abdominal Aorta, Renal Arteries, Male Pelvic, Non-Specific Soft Tissue.
Small Parts Ultrasounds ($100–$125): Thyroid ($100), Scrotum ($125).
Vascular Duplex Scans ($125): Carotid Arteries Duplex Doppler, Upper/Lower Extremity Venous & Arterial evaluations.
While having a referral or order from your healthcare provider is helpful for specific diagnostic targeting, our direct-to-patient model allows for easy, direct scheduling at our Chicago clinic.
Because all scans are performed and evaluated directly by Dr. Farooq A. Syed, reporting turnarounds are fast and prompt. You won't face the long waiting periods typical of larger hospital networks.
Abdominal Scans: Fasting (no food or drink except water) for 6 to 8 hours prior to the test is typically required.
Pelvic Scans: A full bladder may be needed, so drinking plenty of water before your appointment is recommended.
Small Parts & Vascular Scans: Usually require no prior dietary restrictions. Specific instructions will be provided when you book.
